EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME

The Psychological Centre offers support in solving a variety of problems which negatively affect the mental state of employees, and thus their performance of professional duties and professional efficiency.
The programme implemented by the Psychological Centre includes:
- Specialist consultations, both individual and dedicated to employees and/or managers experiencing difficulties in relationships with employees. The consultations may take the form of sessions with a psychologist, whose aim is to identify the problem and form recommendations or propose an optimal and viable method of solving the problem. Consultations may also be focused on development and, in this case, they have the form of meetings with a psychologist or coach.Consultations may also include group sessions dedicated to employees and/or managers. They focus on a specific topic submitted by the participants, e.g., they can be dedicated to managers in the process of organisational change or redundancies.
- Psycho-education in the form of articles or information published on the intranet, newsletters, publications and, optionally, lectures. The topic range is very broad and includes: stress, work-life balance, seasonal depression, conflict resolution, effective relaxation, self-defence, relationships with children, and substance abuse.
- Training in the field of psychological preventive care and training related to philosophy and the scope of the employee assistance programme, as well as developmental courses (e.g. coaching).
- Interventions in difficult situations. These can be individual or group interventions. The form of the intervention depends on the specifics of the situation and is determined jointly by our specialist and the interested organisation.
