Programme allowing assessment of the condition of the spine or joints
The HEALTHY SPINE and HEALTHY JOINTS programmes are an offer for busy people whose sedentary lifestyle is starting to present problems. Lack of exercise, hours spent at the computer, and later in front of the TV may cause slight pain, which – if left untreated – can develop into a serious health problem.
It is also a solution for those planning to start sports activities. It is worth checking whether your body, your spine and joints (and heart), can cope with the extra effort so that sport is solely a pleasure, not the start of a series of injuries.
The program is implemented at the Centrum Hospital in Warszawa.
