The ENEL-MED Medical Centre has held the ISO 9001 certificate since 17 February 2004.
Once a year, an external audit is conducted to check compliance of the management system with the ISO 9001 standard.
The certificate is a confirmation of the following:
- care for Patient satisfaction
- high quality of medical service
- continuous development and improvement of the management system
